Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To bridge the gap between research and production-ready engineering, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will drive the lifecycle of Labs initiatives, orchestrate cross-functional alignment, and manage program execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of Labs initiatives, including AI/ML detection models and core engines like Zeek, Suricata, and YARA
• Serve as the central hub between Labs, Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Field teams to ensure deliverables are production-ready
• Define comprehensive plans, milestones, and success criteria while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across parallel workstreams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a high-tech environment
• Proven track record working with highly technical teams in R&D, ML, or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern program management tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and research-to-production workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
