Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end project delivery for revenue operations, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee project timelines and budgets, collaborate with customer stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to optimize revenue performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights to enhance revenue operations processes
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure compliance with milestones and delivery dates
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement technical solutions supporting revenue generation

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of B2B and go-to-market strategies, with familiarity in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks effectively
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making
