Job Summary

Seeking a remote Technical Program Manager, the full-time position will manage complex, cross-functional technical programs involving hardware and infrastructure, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, operations, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness
• Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs
• Create and maintain repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with short-term pragmatism

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry
• Hands-on experience with hardware solutions and hardware-dependent infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure build projects, such as data centers or edge deployments
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving technical programs
