Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will develop project plans, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes comprehensive project plans to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
• Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to maintain project momentum
• Champions the adoption of agile methodologies and fosters a culture of continuous learning within the team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects
• High degree of JIRA expertise and experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience with web/mobile app delivery, including e-commerce
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment
