Job Summary

Leading multiple high-performing product development teams, the full-time Technical Program Manager will engage with clients to drive project success, oversee global project leadership, and provide managerial mentorship in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Masterfully navigate complex client interactions and co-build agile team structures to ensure project success
• Lead global projects and program-level engagements with multiple, cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and growth opportunities for managers within engagements or practice areas

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience in full-cycle product development
• 8+ years leading end-to-end program management for large-scale retail technology transformation initiatives
• 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated strength in Agile software development methodologies and managing actionable backlogs
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, with relevant professional certifications preferred
