Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of AI capabilities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product performance and AI features across various platforms
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives related to observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance performance metrics and incident response

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
