Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support high-stakes cross-functional programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage execution and communication, develop technical roadmaps, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, either from Pittsburgh, PA or remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage execution and communication of major cross-functional programs requiring organization-wide alignment
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical roadmaps and tactical schedules that balance short-term milestones with long-term goals
• Synthesize technical progress into insights for senior leadership, delivering data-driven arguments to aid decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience as a hands-on engineer in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or technology domains
• Proven experience managing the integration of complex, multi-domain technical systems
• Demonstrated ability to present effectively to executive leadership in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with agile software and waterfall hardware development lifecycles
• Mastery of standard TPM tools, including roadmap development and dependency mapping
