Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of AI capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, FPS, memory, and AI feature reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Oversee performance testing and diagnostics across various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and web contexts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, performance, or scalability testing
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
