Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support high-visibility web properties, the remote contract Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery for digital product launches and marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end delivery for product launches and campaigns, including establishing workback schedules and quality assurance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment between internal teams and external vendors
• Drive operational excellence by developing and maintaining standardized templates, processes, and launch playbooks

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in technical web project or program management
• Experience managing complex communications with diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Hands-on experience with integrated marketing campaigns or digital web operations, including CMS platforms
• Demonstrated track record utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and navigating the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• A college degree in a relevant or related business/technical field is preferred
