Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory, and AI feature reliability
• Oversee observability/telemetry initiatives and regression prevention strategies
• Coordinate safe rollout of AI capabilities and customer engineering planning

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing for SaaS products
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
