Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution across Product Detail Page (PDP) and Guest Price Display initiatives, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage program milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of features in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own program execution for PDP and Guest Price Display initiatives, tracking milestones and managing risks across engineering teams
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to align roadmaps and ensure visibility of cross-team dependencies
• Drive the delivery of key workstreams, including price transparency and fee-related systems, while facilitating regular stakeholder updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with a proven track record in cross-functional software programs
• 5+ years of experience working on consumer-facing product surfaces such as PDP, checkout, or pricing flows
• Strong understanding of technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations across multiple platforms
• Experience with high-scale consumer platforms or similar client tech stacks is a plus
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and manage stakeholder communications at various levels
