Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of capabilities in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product metrics and AI feature performance, including load times, FPS, and model inference latency
• Collaborate across teams to implement observability, regression prevention, and incident response strategies
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance product reliability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in performance testing methodologies such as load and stress testing
• Strong knowledge of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
