Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-impact Responsible AI initiative, the full-time contract Technical Program Manager will define and drive AI safety evaluation strategies, manage multiple technical workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs supporting Responsible AI initiatives
• Build and maintain program roadmaps while managing multiple technical workstreams
• Help define AI safety evaluation strategies, metrics, and evaluation processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical or Engineering Program/Project Management experience
• Strong Responsible AI experience with a passion for emerging AI technologies
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and AI evaluation methodologies
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
