Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while working remotely or from one of the US hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory usage, and AI feature reliability
• Collaborate across teams to enhance observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and oversee cross-organizational performance initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
