Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics and AI feature performance, including load times, memory usage, and model inference latency
• Lead cross-organizational programs focused on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage incident response for performance-related issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation for performance testing
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
