Job Summary

Managing technical programs in a hybrid environment, the full-time Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with strategic business and product needs while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive key planning milestones and ensure alignment with product and business requirements
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and program plans
• Identify and analyze complex technical risks and issues, providing resolutions and supporting budget and resource forecasting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in technical program management
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery models and metrics
• Strong grasp of cross-team dependency management
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
