Job Summary

Owning program delivery for the complex Agent Cockpit platform, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage roadmap tracking, technical dependency coordination, and operational risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the program management framework for Agent Cockpit, including sprint planning and cross-team delivery execution
• Drive technical dependency coordination and platform migrations, translating upstream changes into internal delivery plans
• Lead launch readiness and operational risk management, overseeing security reviews and production approvals

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in platform or internal-tools environments
• Proven experience in coordinating engineering dependency management and API/interface migrations
• Demonstrated ability to drive security reviews and operational risk workflows in production environments
• Experience working in regulated environments with internal users such as investigators and operations teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or similar delivery frameworks and managing technical backlogs
