Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To oversee projects and workstreams for the Data Engineering team within eDiscovery & Information Governance, the full-time Technical Program Manager will track and facilitate cross-functional data engineering requests while ensuring alignment among stakeholders and enhancing operational workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Data Engineers and Attorneys to deliver necessary data pipelines for legal matters
• Define project scope, goals, and metrics while ensuring roadmap alignment and managing dependencies
• Track program execution, identify risks, and enhance process structures to support project teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management and System Design
• Proven experience in tracking and facilitating cross-functional data engineering requests
• Experience working in eDiscovery or other highly-regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for process improvement and workflow automation
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
