Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of customized 3D digital twin automation solutions, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage complex technical engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and value realization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning, scope, and execution of digital twin implementation engagements across multiple customer accounts
• Coordinate and lead customer-facing project meetings and manage timelines, deliverables, and project pace
• Build positive relationships with customer partners and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development or technical professional services context
• Background in software engineering with experience in writing production code
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects
• Strong knowledge of the 3D production pipeline and architecture in an enterprise context
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong project management fundamentals
