Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support and enhance the Siemens Teamcenter and NX environment, the full-time contract Technical Program Manager will manage operational health, lead Agile ceremonies, and partner with stakeholders to drive system improvements in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational health of the Teamcenter/PLM environment, including monitoring incidents and SLA performance
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Coordinate the delivery of new features and system enhancements from planning through implementation

Required qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise application development or enhancement projects as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and documenting specifications
• Proven ability to manage operational support alongside project delivery in a production environment
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
