Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the enterprise-wide migration to Okta, the contract Technical Program Manager will lead large-scale initiatives, oversee program life cycles, and drive operational process improvements while working 100% remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to build new products or platforms, ensuring alignment with scalable architecture goals
• Coordinate detailed functional plans and communication with stakeholders throughout the program life cycle
• Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale program delivery and stakeholder management
• Experience in leading organizational change management for large-scale technical migrations
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies, including containerization and microservices
• Preferred experience with Okta and Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects
