Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading product and strategy operations for one of the largest engineering departments, the full-time remote Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Native will enhance the department's planning operating system, manage cross-functional projects, and drive alignment with organizational goals while embracing AI-native transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the department's end-to-end planning operating system, including OKR cycles and quarterly goal-setting
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and proactively address organizational friction and misalignments
• Drive high-priority projects to completion, acting as an extension of department leadership on critical workstreams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Technical fluency with relevant technologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and AI agent tooling
• Proven ability to operate in an AI-native environment, automating tasks and managing AI tools effectively
• Outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
