Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will focus on performance testing, observability, and incident response while collaborating across multiple teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility performance programs across flagship products and AI features, ensuring optimal performance metrics
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives related to observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Implement performance testing strategies, including load, stress, and scalability testing for various platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
