Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise clients in solving complex FinOps and cloud efficiency challenges, the fully remote Technical Program Manager will lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives, manage capacity planning processes, and drive operational excellence across technical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own capacity management and forecasting processes while driving continuous improvements to operational workflows
• Lead end-to-end technical initiatives, coordinating engineering efforts and tracking program health, risks, and milestones
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, building trusted relationships and resolving delivery issues proactively

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs with a focus on capacity planning and forecasting
• Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes at scale and manage stakeholder relationships
• Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery and previous ownership of production systems
• Understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure operations
