Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will focus on performance testing, observability, and incident response while collaborating across various teams, with the flexibility to work remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage high-visibility performance programs spanning flagship product performance and AI features across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives including observability/telemetry, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Lead performance testing efforts, including load, stress, and scalability testing for SaaS products

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on performance programs for SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies and tools, including load and stress testing
• Deep understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into development pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
