Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product performance and AI feature reliability
• Oversee observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities across various platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance performance metrics and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with experience in SaaS performance programs
• Demonstrated expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing
• Familiarity with web performance metrics, rendering, and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into automation pipelines
• Background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
