Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers' transition to the Program and Project Management Information System (PROMIS), the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage cloud integration, oversee data migration, and direct phased deployment strategies while ensuring compliance with government cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hybrid connection strategies and cloud orchestration tools for legacy interface integration
• Oversee data mapping and large-scale migrations from legacy databases to cloud infrastructures
• Direct multi-phase deployment strategies and manage the critical path for enterprise rollouts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business field
• 8+ years of experience in Defense Contracting or US Military Environment
• 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Database Administration fundamentals
• Deep understanding of data staging and migration pipelines
• Proven ability to analyze system health dashboards and address database performance issues
