Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical Program Manager to oversee R&D projects, anticipating bottlenecks, translating technical requirements, and ensuring timely execution of innovative scientific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate bottlenecks by defining requirements and building delivery schedules in collaboration with R&D and Product teams
• Translate complex needs between R&D, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure alignment and predictability
• Own and maintain the project roadmap, adapting it as scientific developments occur while ensuring accountability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly within R&D or deep-science teams
• Proven track record of successfully managing programs through crises and delivering high-stakes projects
• Ability to develop and defend ROI-generating roadmaps for teams engaged in novel scientific work
• Advanced degree in a technical field or substantial experience in scientific environments
• Experience collaborating with finance and product leadership to connect technical delivery with investment decisions
