Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive product development and enhancements, leveraging AI tools and methodologies to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer and business needs to identify opportunities and support research on trends
• Define solutions by collaborating with engineering and design teams to create technical specifications and success criteria
• Monitor program performance and contribute to business reviews using metrics and insights from AI and telemetry

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
• Internship or co-op experience in engineering, technical program management, or data analysis
• Foundational experience with coding languages such as Python or SQL
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and AI/ML concepts
• Understanding of project management and the software development lifecycle
