Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Proactively leading software development projects, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will coordinate activities across teams, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications while participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate software development activities across development, QA, product, and business teams, tracking project schedules and deliverables
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor project progress, and prepare documentation, including status updates and risk mitigation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in software development with exposure to project coordination
• Strong programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Spring Boot
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies
