Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics including load times, FPS, and memory, as well as AI feature performance such as model inference latency and reliability
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives focused on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage incident response related to performance issues

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
