Job Summary

Leading complex cross-functional technical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will drive initiatives from planning through successful delivery while collaborating with engineering, data science, product marketing, and business teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Build scalable, repeatable program frameworks and improve operational processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program or Program Management experience in cross-functional environments
• Experience managing projects with project tracking and content management tools
• SQL proficiency and experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Experience in enterprise organizations and supporting customer-facing or third-party developer programs
• Administrative experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
