Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex integrations with utility clients, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will oversee project delivery, champion the value of EnergyHub's platform APIs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform integrations, including requirements discovery, project planning, and launch to production
• Champion the value of EnergyHub's platform APIs by conveying key use cases and benefits to clients
• Develop repeatable playbooks for integrations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• Experience in demand response, API integrations, and communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR)
• Strong understanding of REST API architecture and related technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical program management or related roles
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products
