Job Summary

Driving transformational AI initiatives from concept through delivery, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic AI initiative delivery, including milestone planning and risk identification
• Translate strategic AI goals into structured program plans with clear timelines and success criteria
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
• Experience delivering internal tools, platforms, or automation systems
• Working knowledge of AI/ML solutions and their integration into operational workflows
• Strong technical acumen with experience collaborating with engineering teams
