Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory usage, and AI feature reliability
• Oversee observability and telemetry initiatives, ensuring regression prevention and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Coordinate cross-organizational performance forums and incident response efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE
• Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies and tools
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling techniques
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
