Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, FPS, memory, and AI feature reliability
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives including observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage incident response efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and scalability testing
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation processes
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
