Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, FPS, memory, and AI feature reliability
• Collaborate across teams to implement observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout strategies
• Oversee performance testing and diagnostics for various platforms, including desktop and mobile

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing
• Familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation for performance integration
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
