Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and safe rollout of capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance initiatives for flagship products and AI features, focusing on load times, FPS, memory, and model inference latency
• Oversee cross-organizational programs related to observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance performance across various contexts, including desktop and mobile

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, performance, or scalability testing
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation, integrating performance tests into development pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
