Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of multiple company-critical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will work remotely to manage cross-team dependencies, drive clarity, and ensure timely delivery aligned with company priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs, aligning work with product strategy
• Drive dependency management and scope alignment between Engineering and Product teams
• Communicate program health and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical or cross-functional programs
• Experience in fast-growing startups or rapidly evolving organizations
• Strong background in working directly with Engineering teams on delivery
• Proven track record of shipping large initiatives involving multiple teams
• Ability to navigate technical discussions and surface risks early
