Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of capabilities remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focused on flagship product metrics and AI feature performance, including load times and model inference latency
• Collaborate across teams to implement observability and regression prevention strategies, ensuring safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Oversee performance testing initiatives, including load, stress, and scalability testing for SaaS products

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in performance testing methodologies, including load and stress testing
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation for performance integration
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
