Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring safe rollout and observability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics and AI feature reliability, including load times and model inference latency
• Lead cross-organizational programs focused on performance CI, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance observability and incident response strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into development pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
