Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of legacy application retirement and migration projects, the remote Technical Program Manager will work closely with engineering teams to define project scope, build timelines, and ensure successful execution across a large payments platform program.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legacy application retirement and migration projects across a payments platform program
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to define disposition paths for legacy systems
• Track progress against milestones and report status to program leadership and client stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management involving application migration, modernization, or retirement
• Experience in payments, banking, or regulated financial services environments
• Familiarity with cloud migration concepts and target infrastructure (AWS or similar)
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent specialized training and/or experience in technology
