Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting community repository operations and partner onboarding, the temporary Technical Program Manager will manage customer-facing GitHub repositories, create technical content, and provide technical support for partner integration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage customer-facing GitHub repositories and community repository operations
• Create blogs, tutorials, videos, and onboarding guides to support customer enablement
• Provide technical support for partner onboarding, including environment setup and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience with GitHub repositories and familiarity with AI/LLM technologies
• 1 to 2 years of experience in software engineering practices for scientific applications
• 1 to 2 years of experience in program management and technical coordination
• Knowledge in scientific computing and computational science
• Experience creating technical content for customer-facing learning materials
