Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning retrofit projects from ideation through execution, the full-time Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes for product upgrades, manage program initiatives, and ensure program goals are met in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop processes for implementing product upgrades and participate in retrofit sprints to ensure programs are on track and within budget
• Oversee multiple projects, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and drive change while managing budget and funding channels
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track ongoing retrofit activities, resolve blockers, and collect Voice of the Customer data for program evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a related field
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Master's degree and experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts preferred
