Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning high-visibility performance programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, working remotely or from one of the US hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance programs related to flagship products and AI features across various platforms, including desktop, browser, and mobile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Implement performance testing and diagnostics to ensure optimal product performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
