Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning performance prevention and diagnostics, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs for flagship products and next-gen AI features, working remotely or from one of the US hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee performance programs related to flagship product load times, FPS, memory, and AI feature reliability
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives including observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to ensure effective incident response and performance testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
- Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing, as well as scalability testing
- Strong knowledge of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
- Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
- Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
