Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory usage, and AI feature reliability
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives including observability, performance CI, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Implement and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• Prior work with large language models (LLMs) or agent platforms
