Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of cross-functional programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage initiatives spanning engineering, product, and operations, including telehealth launches and integrations while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs from kickoff through launch, coordinating across teams
• Transform ambiguous initiatives into detailed plans with clear milestones, owners, and risk assessments
• Facilitate program communication, providing status updates and escalating risks to leadership promptly

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role at a software or hardware product company
• Engineering background with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing multi-team programs from inception to launch
• Strong written communication skills for effective coordination in a fast-paced environment
