Job Summary
Leading portfolio-defining programs in a complex technical domain, the full-time Technical Program Manager will partner with organization leaders to set technical strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver impactful programs focused on AI systems in wearables.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive technical strategy and program roadmaps across a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs
- Translate ambiguous technical challenges into structured program plans with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert for engineering and cross-functional leaders on technical direction and program sequencing
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program leadership
- Experience leading portfolio-defining programs across multiple engineering organizations
- Proven ability to partner with director-level and above leaders to set technical strategy and drive organizational alignment
- Experience designing and implementing program structures and risk management frameworks
- Ability to identify and resolve systematic technical risks across large, complex program portfolios
