Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of AI capabilities, while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee flagship product performance metrics, including load times, FPS, and memory usage
- Lead cross-organizational programs focused on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance teams to enhance performance diagnostics and incident response
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE
- Demonstrated expertise in performance testing methodologies, including load and stress testing
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
- Experience with CI/CD and test automation, integrating performance tests into pipelines
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
